Our plant takes 35000m2 with chemical safety production license, ISO9001 and ISO14000 certified, also we are member of Sedex which focus on social responsibility.
For aerosol workshop, we have 6 automatic aerosol filling lines, equipped with fine dispersion machines, grinders, water bath and full set of QC equipments covering gas, solvent, solid ingredients inspection. Monthly production reaches 2million cans.
As for the marker pen part, we have 2 automatic filling lines with 3 semi-auto lines, equipped with a professional plastic injection workshop with 8 machines.
Besides providing our own registered brand, we also provide OEM/ODM service for global clients, including some famous brands in paint, auto care, industrial lubricant, electric industries, some of them are World Top 500 companies including top brands in certain industries and big super markets. We respect copyright and keep confidential for all our ODM clients & some OEM clients under agreement.
R&D is our one of our core advantages, yearly we spend 10-20% of our profit on R&D, which aims for new product developing & traditional products upgrading. Not only for aerosol itself, but also for some key ingredients like polymers etc. and cross-over items which aims to provide end user with easier & reliable products.
